Pros

WFH so you forget office culture and stick to them.

Cons

Worked at Victoria’s Secret, but turns out the real “secret” was how fake promises and favoritism run the place. Promotions? Oh, absolutely—they promise them faster than they deliver coffee. Actual delivery? Well, only if you’re fluent in the ancient art of bootlicking! Hierarchy? What’s that? It’s a free-for-all. No clear structure, zero accountability, and most people don’t even know what they’re working on or who they report to. It’s like a group project where no one read the assignment—but everyone thinks they’re the leader. And let’s not forget the cherry on top: after you leave, they ask you to pay extra for your own documents. Truly groundbreaking stuff. If you’re into confusion, false hope, and a work culture where mediocrity thrives as long as it’s loud—this is your dream company.

Pros

Discount, fun customers, good perks and products

Cons

Payroll varied dramatically week to week making it difficult to keep quality staff. We would hire part time associates to work 5-15 hours a week, which may not even get that much a week and then the very next week they would be asked to work full time hours due to floorsets, events, etc
