Cons
As other reviewers have stated the churn of upper management with different styles has caused this company to loose any sort of culture it once had. Current leadership has brought fear within the managers to the point the management will simply blindly follow orders to give leadership what they want. Managers are so fearful they will not question anything and they're essentially just puppets at this point. They're too afraid to be honest and tell the leadership the real needs of the organization. A serious lack of employees that know anything about their market and especially not enough to know what products to build.
