It's brilliant to hear the dedication to looking after members, that's such a key focus for us and it's great to hear it's received so positively and that the training & development offered to our team members supports this. Being a 7 day a week operation, our shift patterns can be challenging and don't suit everyone, but we do try to be flexible where possible (thank you for the recommendation, we'll continue to work on that).
