Don't be fooled by the name above the door, it's a brand name only, its not a real Virgin company. You will hear about company values if your unfortunate enough to start with them but will soon realise that a number of the senior management team especially have no values. Check out how long the exec team/regional directors have worked in the company or even been in the health club industry - there's teenagers with more experience than most of them. Expect long and unsociable hours with no thanks, only an expectation that should you hit targets that you'll be given even more the following year. Annually there's more cuts to payroll and more clubs sold.
Since 2012 the senior team kept repeating their pipe dream they will buy David Lloyd - turns out it was the other way round for a number of clubs!
Maybe try promoting good people with values and experience up from club level. Stop going into consultation and reorganising the structures and losing half the staff every six months.
Checkout Linkedin and count the number of people above GM level who have been there more than 3 years. A few decent people are still there but like everyone else they'll be gone fairly soon.
