      Great work environment. Provides support and educational qualifications. Friendly atmosphere and allows rotation of jobs so that workers can gain many different skills.

      Cons

      Not great pay. Long hours without breaks. Sometimes management can be very unorganised and unpredictable work timetables can occur.
