Pros

can't think of anything else except friendly co-workers

Cons

no matter how self-motivated you were, you would only feel diffident, fraustrated, tired, stressed, being mentally punished and abused here. Horrible boss. Long hrs. Underpaid. Verbally abused.

Pros

Being part of Virserius Studio has been both inspiring and incredibly fulfilling. From day one, I felt welcomed, challenged, and truly valued. The environment here is fast-paced and creatively rich, with a strong sense of purpose behind every project we take on. The leadership—driven by the Owner and the Studio Director—is both visionary and approachable. They set high expectations, but they also provide the support and freedom needed to grow. There's a genuine trust in the team, and that trust fuels some of the most exciting and innovative design work I’ve ever been a part of. What I love most is the collaborative spirit. Ideas are shared openly, and everyone’s voice matters—no matter your title or experience. The projects are global and diverse, which keeps the work dynamic and deeply rewarding. It's not just about making things look beautiful; it's about creating meaningful, guest-centered experiences through design. Virserius Studio is the kind of place where you grow not just as a designer, but as a thinker, a collaborator, and a storyteller. I’m proud to be part of this team. --- Would you like a version that’s a bit more casual or something formatted for Glassdoor or LinkedIn?

Cons

Working at Virserius Studio can be fast-paced, especially during key project milestones, and the standards are high—which naturally comes with the level of work the studio delivers. The global scope of the projects sometimes means adjusting to different time zones or tighter deadlines. The structure can feel flexible and ever-evolving, so being proactive and adaptable is important. That said, the challenges are matched by incredible opportunities to learn, grow, and be part of something truly creative and meaningful.
