      Pros

      Fun interesting projects. Great coworkers. Given much responsibility. Studio director so nice. Easy to talk to.

      Cons

      The NY based boss Therese makes this place dissatisfying. Very unappreciative. Unrealistic. Unsupportive. Only sees what she does. Seems nice first then become rude. Very high turn around in office. Unreasonable deadlines.

      RUN! BIGGEST NIGHTMARE

      can't think of anything else except friendly co-workers

      Cons

      no matter how self-motivated you were, you would only feel diffident, fraustrated, tired, stressed, being mentally punished and abused here. Horrible boss. Long hrs. Underpaid. Verbally abused.

      Poor management, no creativity, just copy and paste approach. No respect for employees. Low salaries and expectations to work over-hours for free.
