- Good, relevant tech being used - You will learn a lot if you want to learn - 0 stress, nobody cares inside

- Expect to not get paid for weeks on end with bad excuses every time - Cheques bounce left and right - Josee Lalumiere is the CEO (probably has the worst reputation as a CEO/President of all FX related companies in Canada) - Lack of direction and constant changes in requirements - Company has very little revenue and I am fairly certain it is in huge debt - Most people leave after 1 month of working there

- Great product and product direction. - Lots of autonomy. - Work with brilliant people. - Work with the latest tech. - Huge emphasis on work life balance. - Great company culture. - Best growth opportunity I have seen in many years.

- The stack is complex (React & Redux + Django REST) so there is definitely a learning curve.
