Pros

- Good, relevant tech being used - You will learn a lot if you want to learn - 0 stress, nobody cares inside

Cons

- Expect to not get paid for weeks on end with bad excuses every time - Cheques bounce left and right - Josee Lalumiere is the CEO (probably has the worst reputation as a CEO/President of all FX related companies in Canada) - Lack of direction and constant changes in requirements - Company has very little revenue and I am fairly certain it is in huge debt - Most people leave after 1 month of working there

Pros

-it's located in a very central area to public transport in montreal -you will be kept busy

Cons

-insurance often refused because employer doesn't pay the insurer (refused at pharmacy, dentist and thru the online claim forms) -pay bounces many times in a row -overtime is so common they don't even ask -utter chaos in terms of management and project managing

Disappointing

Pros

There is lots of autonomy. The developers and graphic designers are generally helpful.

Cons

There is no structure, hence the tons of autonomy. Any attempt at structure is either shot down or eventually undone. There was also a lack of communication and trust among the employees, especially towards management. Also, checks bounce sometimes.
