Pros

Flexible Generally a progressive culture Generous PTO and bank holiday leave Several budgets/perks

Cons

We know the nature of a startup and the need to make quick decisions. But it’s starting to look like a sort of hire and fire culture is developing here. To put people in positions and in less than 6 months (some less than 3!) you decide you don’t need the position anymore and fire them is quite concerning. Again, it’s understandable that quick decision-making is needed but maybe take the time to sit in a problem and craft a proper strategy to reach company goals so needs can be better assessed. Everything does not need to be so hard and fast.

Pros

VI innovates a business model to offer more job opportunities to college students worldwide without the bias of borders, geography, timezone etc.

Cons

If VI could invest more time, staff, and money in China market, the outcome will be very positive.
