      Good environment, But you'll work a lot

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, team is friendly and they listen to suggestions and try to implement. You also have a lot of flexibility and you don't follow a script, have autonomy.

      Cons

      You'll basically work 24/07 very hard to separate work time and personal time, as you can receive a very important email 10pm. work with extremelly different timezones. to receive a good salary you'll need to work A LOT.
