      Sharp and politically savvy Knows how to play the VZ game Self centered

      Cons

      Visible CTO is a spineless bootlicker of the old guard and promotes nepotism Will throw his whole engineering team under the bus Refuses to hold business responsible for their KPI and expects engineering to pick up the slack because Marketing and Product don't know how to do actual work. Marketing and Product are great at presentation and taking credit but unable to push the envelope

      I've been working here for a few years and love the team I work with. There is a lot of cross-collaboration due to the nature of the business. Pros: Competitive salary Benefits thanks to Verizon (esp. tuition reimbursement) WFH schedule

      Too many meetings People are overworked - needs to hire at a much faster pace Lack of accountability when things get broken
