      Worked from home, The pay was okay, decent. The people were nice until they last.

      Cons

      Layoffs are a regular occurrence here, at least twice a year. They'll manipulate you to think you'll go up the ladder and get promoted, but they hand you more work.

      Tons of growth potential. Upper management cares and actions on employee feedback as much as possible. Great culture.

      Cons

      It’s a turbulent industry to be in. Due to the unfortunate nature of the business in recent years, staff does need to be reduced at times, to keep the company healthy.

      Pros

      Was able to work from home. Company extended an all expense paid trip to meet my clients.

      Cons

      Unstable work environment. Employees are frequently laid off leaving the remaining employees bogged down with work. This creates a stressful work/life imbalance.
