We are continually looking for ways to engage our employees and provide an environment that's both challenging and provides a good work/life balance. We have several measurements in place to make sure we are maintaining the high level of quality our clients deserve. We know the "devil is in the details", so we try out best to foresee potential errors before they happen. The oversight we provide at every level is carefully planned and we have seen a huge improvement in our quality metrics since these have been in place.

We are in the process of restructuring our Client Services team to create more time for them to spend with our valued clients, and less on the data entry.
