Pros
There are some decent people that work here that make the day to day of the company bearable but that soon will run out
Cons
This is a heavily micromanaging friendly place to work. No one can make decisions and must ultimately escalate higher up to make a decision. Sometimes even as high as the CEO. No one likes making decisions. The products are fine, but middle management and poor and let this place down, their code of practice, ethics and and people skills are really poor. Staff turnover is high and you'll soon find their isn't much progressional opportunities here. As this is a Greek owned company there's this unhealthy culture where they want to make you feel lucky for working here. Probably because the Greeks had their financial crash some years back, so they imprint this on staff early on.
