As a lady that place is not actually made for women. Specially Surat office . When I was working there was no basic facilities in office like drinking water , canteen tea or coffee . The company believes in empowerment but not thinking about the women’s who are working in their company. There is no facilities for women’s hygiene I mean there is no dust bin washroom . Even you can use office dust bin too .It’s a private ltd company but it’s not actually following any govt rules .

bias company policy ,Increments are never based on work/ achievements and myself and most of the employee left organization for the same reason. Talking MD and Director is like disrespecting ourself. (Loud,vulgarly,boorishly).No respect of employee is shown. .Less Turn out(In terms of money,sales) more turn out in Firing of employee,without appropriate reasons.(HIRING & FIRING)
