Times was good 10:30 to 6:30. That good. And yes there is no issue with leaves . You can take leave but salary will be Deducted
Cons
As a lady that place is not actually made for women. Specially Surat office . When I was working there was no basic facilities in office like drinking water , canteen tea or coffee . The company believes in empowerment but not thinking about the women’s who are working in their company. There is no facilities for women’s hygiene I mean there is no dust bin washroom . Even you can use office dust bin too .It’s a private ltd company but it’s not actually following any govt rules .
