Pros

- They are asking employees to give fake positive reviews here and in other places. They asked me too. - I can't get any in my head after working 2 years here - Please check how many employees have left in the last year or leaving now and you'll understand. - Please get in touch with any non-manager-level/ non-administrative employee, you'll know the reality! Thank me later

Cons

- Absolute TOXIC work culture. - You will be expected to work late nights and weekends. - everything is a war room - if work-life balance matters to you, don't even consider this. - toxic Managers who work less and spend all the time in office politics. - Overworking is not a problem if they treat the employees right. but they don't. - Bare minimal hikes from last 2 years (only stating from my 2 years experience) - One of the managers talked so badly about his employees in front of me that it was so demotivating. Most of them are like this. TOXIC in big and bold.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your insights and will continue working to improve the employee experience. At Vymo, we collaborate with our partners Loop and My Dost to drive an annual wellness calendar that emphasizes both physical and mental well-being. Some of our most popular sessions include topics like understanding your happiness quotient, cancer awareness, diet, and nutrition. Additionally, our hybrid work policy, combined with a policy on compensatory off, enables employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance, particularly during peak periods like launches or implementations. Your input is valuable to us, and we are committed to continually enhancing the employee experience at Vymo! - Team Vymo

Pros

Remote, but that's the only pro.

Cons

Working at Vymo might not be the best choice, considering several concerning factors. Employees have reported a lack of raises and retractions of promised promotions, leading to frustration and demotivation. The company's culture of overwork, coupled with micromanagement and a lack of boundaries, can contribute to burnout and dissatisfaction among staff. Additionally, there have been complaints about the retraction of benefits and a lack of transparency from HR, leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. The process for expense reimbursements is notoriously slow, adding to the frustration. Overall, the negative aspects of working at Vymo outweigh any potential benefits, making it a less-than-ideal workplace.
