Pros

- They are asking employees to give fake positive reviews here and in other places. They asked me too. - I can't get any in my head after working 2 years here - Please check how many employees have left in the last year or leaving now and you'll understand. - Please get in touch with any non-manager-level/ non-administrative employee, you'll know the reality! Thank me later

Cons

- Absolute TOXIC work culture. - You will be expected to work late nights and weekends. - everything is a war room - if work-life balance matters to you, don't even consider this. - toxic Managers who work less and spend all the time in office politics. - Overworking is not a problem if they treat the employees right. but they don't. - Bare minimal hikes from last 2 years (only stating from my 2 years experience) - One of the managers talked so badly about his employees in front of me that it was so demotivating. Most of them are like this. TOXIC in big and bold.

Pros

1. Good learning opportunities 2. Leaves get approved

Cons

1. No work life balance. Too much work and it does not seem to get over. 2. No acknowledgement of work. 3. There is no one at your corner. Not even your manager with whom you work on a daily basis. Everyone just agrees with HIPPO in the room. The company leaders have no sense of direction. Strategy changes every other quarter. 4. The infrastructure of the office is bad. Washrooms are smelly and dirty. ACs do not work in many meeting rooms, ACs do not start in morning unless it is 10 am. Internet is not consistent. Have to use hotspots so many times in a day. The coffee machine is not ready until much later if at all it works. 5. Starting this year, we have to pay extra for insurance premium for parents/in-laws. 6. There are very few perks of working here. The work culture is toxic. Employee benefits are almost non-negligible. 7. In hiring contract it is mentioned explicitly that extra work hours are expected as and when needed. But never knew 12 hours every day at least 5 times a week expanding over months would be exploited like this

Vymo, a stinking sinking ship

Pros

Potential of the product is good

Cons

to clients of vymo - vymo is nosediving by all means. probably it is already evident in terms of quality. resources are already working overtime (12-14 hrs) and now they have decided to run overly lean teams which is going to impact your business. put your foot down and force the management at vymo to bring visibility on timebound vision, resourcing and support. to investors of vymo - please talk to clients and take 360 feedback at all levels and have the top management changed, or you loose your money soon. product lacks vision, solutioning and quality and it needs big time changes in approach and mindset. to potential hires - silent LAYOFFS are happening in vymo where good people are bring fired with a touch of office politics involved as well, at all levels. business decisions change over 3-5 months in vymo which will lead to job loss. chief (thief) of staff has been introduced and is going around 'optimizing' teams without even having basic common sense and is literally stealing the future of vymo. vymo management should realise that vymo is vymo because they did all these work for the clients and that was their USP and now they are foolishly scaling down assuming that the clients would be ok with it, given that the product is so unstable. product head carries a terrible attitude, ego and keeps passing the buck on engineering team. he has come up with a template based solution without even doing a proper market analysis. solutioning - 80% of issues/incidents/scalability problems what vymo has run into can be attributed to poor solutioning. solutioning head has now taken over a function leadership after completely goofing up solutioning, client handling and solutioning related process across all clients.
