to investors of vymo - please talk to clients and take 360 feedback at all levels and have the top management changed, or you loose your money soon. product lacks vision, solutioning and quality and it needs big time changes in approach and mindset.
to potential hires - silent LAYOFFS are happening in vymo where good people are bring fired with a touch of office politics involved as well, at all levels. business decisions change over 3-5 months in vymo which will lead to job loss.
chief (thief) of staff has been introduced and is going around 'optimizing' teams without even having basic common sense and is literally stealing the future of vymo. vymo management should realise that vymo is vymo because they did all these work for the clients and that was their USP and now they are foolishly scaling down assuming that the clients would be ok with it, given that the product is so unstable.
