Pros

The core medical benefits package and the structured PTO policy are objectively competitive.

Cons

There is an incompatibility between the product the company sells and how its internal workforce is managed. The organization advocates for employee wellbeing and longevity to its corporate clients, yet internally, staff face a reactive culture with stagnant career progression. Cross-departmental communication is isolated, which frequently results in operational teams being forced to manage the fallout of unaligned client commitments and unfeasible service deadlines. Management relies heavily on rigid micro-monitoring and high volume metrics, making it incredibly difficult to manage daily caseloads efficiently.

Pros

The immediate accounting and FP&A team members are sharp, capable, and do their absolute best to help you out.

Cons

The internal system architecture makes the role impossible as a strategic look into revenue recognition and margin analysis. You spend almost your entire day performing brutal manual data cleanup across compartmentalized systems just to execute standard journal entries. Because client contracts are highly customized and complex, the automated revenue tracking regularly breaks. You are left constantly troubleshooting billing discrepancies, managing messy deferred revenue schedules, and manually updating a massive A/R collections dashboard because the sales to finance stream is completely fractured.
