I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WIN (Greenwich, CT) in Aug 2025
Interview
I had an extensive interview process with WINFertility that included five total interviews with members of the Client Success team, as well as conversations with the VP of Client Success, the COO, and the CEO. Everyone I spoke with was professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the mission and the work they do.
I was ultimately given an offer both verbally and via email, which made the experience feel very promising and exciting. Unfortunately, shortly after this, the direct manager for the role resigned, and there was no follow-up communication or clarity provided regarding next steps.
While I understand that leadership changes can cause delays or shifts in hiring plans, clearer communication would have gone a long way in closing the loop. Overall, the people and mission left a positive impression, and I hope future candidates experience more consistent follow-through during times of transition.

Questions related to sales experience and client support
Interviewer was a guy, extremely rude and unprofessional. He will stop you when you answer questions and tell you everything you say is wrong. Bro said if you study STEM major but you want to be a manager then you must s**k at tech jobs lol.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WIN (Houston, TX) in Sept 2023
Interview
The interview process was not too difficult, but I did interview with 4 different people. Everyone was pleasant and had been there for many years. Most of them started out in the customer service agent position and moved up over time.
