      Supportive environment for employees, good health benefits. Company recently made changes to improve management structure which has improved work environment.

      Cons

      Need more training regular training implemented to further support and enhance current employees' knowledge and skillset. More organization and updating procedures would be helpful.

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
