      Pros

      Health insurance is good, that's it.

      Cons

      Compensation for time is insulting, Management is full of overly tenured know-it-all boys club members who would rather lose the company money and resources than take any criticism. HR issues are constantly swept under the rug and anyone who has an HR complaint will be patronized while simultaneously being passive aggressively pushed out the door. Once they manage to get rid of a dissenting employee the management will proceed to make fun of said ejected employees for months at a time until someone else becomes the butt of their jokes.

      Lots of free food weekly.

      Cons

      Managers are an HR nightmare. Very abusive. Back stabbing. Entire management team are two faced. Once they dislike you they will all start plotting and planning how to get rid of you up to and including dishonest tactics. Once your gone they sit around for months and make fun of previous employees. The absolute worst place I have ever had the misfortune of working at... STAY AWAY!

      Company paid benifits and freedom to manage accounts how you feel best.

      They will get rid of you before doing the right thing. I had an employee who spent most of her day shopping online instead of working, when I brought this to my director he said they would look into it. Nothing was done and in my opinion only because she was dating another girl on my team and they were in fear of a lawsuit. I got back in town from visiting a customer and was told that I had some complaints come in while I was gone about me being sexiest towards the women on my team and that I had to either get counseling or be terminated, I was asked to take a few days to think about my options so I left the company.
