Poor - Paralegal Walker Morris Employee Review

I disclosed to this firm that I was having health difficulties and they used it as an excuse to dismiss me without once enquiring what adjustments they could make to support me continuing in the role. This was not only unlawful but quite frankly as an organisation they should be deeply ashamed at having behaved in this way. There are few opportunities for progression amongst support staff who are viewed as cheap labour. In comparison with working at other law firms the atmosphere is unfriendly and it is hard to meet people working in other teams.
