Pros
Walmart is very good to their employees. The opportunity for advancement is amazing and easy to achieve if yo work hard. The open door policy is the best way to get heard. The 401k match and stock match are extremely beneficial. Can't say enough about how wonderful of a company Walmart is!!!
Cons
As anywhere, you will find that some management, in all levels, are truly there just to collect a paycheck. Those managers are weak in integrity lack the and passion to do the right thing. I do believe that Walmart can do a better job of weeding out those who don't strive to adhere with the company's three basic beliefs.
