transformed from startup environment to corporate political inefficient management w/o clear vision and direction from atop which led to a number of reorgs and eventually to a big shakeup top to bottom cannot attract and retain real talents "respect for individual" is bs (lost in transition) performance reviews horrible as process and unfair in outcome compensation unequal people overloaded and often stressed out not technology driven co
