      Pros

      Opportunity to work in different areas and learn different aspects of the business. Culture used to be good and stories of associates helping people were touching.

      Cons

      Can be very political. Culture is gone. Bad decisions by upper management and company seems to be floundering to find a direction. Regular layoffs have created terrible environment fraught with fear and uncertainty.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
