Decent benefits if you stay long enough to get them, good pay if you can get into management
Cons
Difficult to get full time, bad management, don't get paid enough for how hard you work, nearly impossible to get more than a 40 cent raise, only get a raise once a year, management plays favorites too much, no recognition, most of the upper management is clueless
