Pros

The pay isn't too bad For a manager it does look good on your resume, if you can survive here you can survive anywhere Ability to move up isn't bad as long as they don't coach you for some bs and thus keep you from going anywhere.

Cons

They make big promises but deliver very little, quality of life sucks because yeah sure you work 3 days on and 3 days off but you have to go to work on your days off because they want the world from you and don't give you enough time to get it all done. The second any associate says a manager did something wrong the manager is in trouble, wether it's true or not.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
