Pros
Hard to think. Maybe I can say the work life balance is good.
Cons
1) Worst set of managers 2) Too much of bureaucracy 3) You might not learn much here 4) No diversity 5) HRs have no role. They don’t even talk to you when you are leaving the company (Not even an exit interview) 6) No respect for ex-employees. 7) The managers are always looking at how can they benefit, irrespective of what goes with the engineer.
