Pros
Good hours and flexibility with schedule. I like getting to work in different areas of the store so when a customer is looking for something I usually know where it is.
Cons
Not a lot of room for growth. There a some opportunities. But the people who usually get promoted are not the likeliest of candidates, or the most deserving. Favoritism will play a big factor.
