Pros

Stability, nice clean new building, nice equipment which is easy to acquire when requested, nice big auditorium for group meetings.

Cons

Low salary, high-expectations for little payback, mandatory 9-hour days, promotions based on favoritism, not merit or seniority, distracting open-floor work environment. They don't value senior team members enough and put more emphasis lately on hiring new people at the expense of alienating those who have put their time in and paid their dues.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
