Pros

It's remote work. That's the only Pro

Cons

This company didn’t fail because of market conditions. It failed because of egos, lies, and leadership too weak to face the truth. Filing for bankruptcy was inevitable, but watching them pretend it was a surprise is what’s truly insulting. If you value your integrity, talent, and sanity, run far, FAR away. There's been a mass exodus of clients, terrible lead quality, and zero accountability across teams. Instead of fixing core problems, leadership buried them. They lie to staffing agencies, inflate clinician counts, and then wonder why clients cancel. Hint: agencies aren’t stupid. Blame culture is rampant. Rather than face the truth, they turn on the people trying to save the sinking ship.
