Pros
Ware Malcomb is a great place to work. The firm truly exemplifies the "work hard play hard" mentality. Although there may be some late nights and tough deadlines, the team always rallies together to get the job done. The "work hard" mindset is complimented by numerous employee outings and events to promote socialization within the firm, across departments and offices, and everyone is encouraged to attend. Management is supportive and flexible and understands family values/commitments are an important part of their employees' lives. The work environment is professional, but also very comfortable and accepting, always making new employees feel especially welcome.
Cons
A lot is expected of employees, which may be viewed as a con. This isn't the right company for you if you are looking for a job to coast along and give 50%. Management takes their new hires seriously, investing time and resources into training them. With that being said, for current employees, it is great to know your peers are held to the same high standards across the board, and your hard work will pay off.
