Pros
I have been with the company for four+ years and would love to retire here if I continue to learn and grow. I love my team and leader (Mark Bartolone). They always have my back and I have theirs. My leader is the biggest cheer leader and critic. He supports and guides while letting you learn from your mistakes. WM has a great culture and community that is constantly improving. The atmosphere is positive. DEI is a newer initiative but involving fast. Love the company culture of year end holiday party where all the employees from all the offices get together with their +1s. Company sponsors their travel and one night stay and of course the event. I always look forward to put faces to names at every party! Each team plays their part efficiently in my experience. to name few - HR team is helpful, empathetic and supportive. Accounting team keeps us on our toes. IT team is our backbone.
Cons
I feel there should be transparency in pay structure. Benefits including salaries, PTOs, holidays, bonuses can be improved.
