I was throughly impressed by the hiring process. The entire recruitment cycle was incredibly efficient from start to finish. The team is filled with very knowledgable and welcoming people. HR and the hiring managers were extremely responsive to all my questions. Every department I interacted with, from the hiring team to HR and IT, was highly organized.

There is a lot of new information to absorb during the initial onboarding process, but the team provides excellent training and support to help you get up to speed.

Work life balance, strong technology,

Leadership lacks understanding of sales day to day and local regional culture. Poor communication of changes and strategy behind go to market plan. Does not appear to be a consistent long term vision. Very European focused strategy with little understanding of USA economics and culture.
