I was throughly impressed by the hiring process. The entire recruitment cycle was incredibly efficient from start to finish. The team is filled with very knowledgable and welcoming people. HR and the hiring managers were extremely responsive to all my questions. Every department I interacted with, from the hiring team to HR and IT, was highly organized.

The hiring process at Wasabi was honestly one of the best I’ve been through. From the first recruiter call to the final panel, it really felt like a two-way conversation, and there was a lot of respect throughout the whole process which I greatly appreciate! Michael Han was wonderful to work with - he is by far the best recruiter I’ve ever interacted with. He was super engaged, responsive, thoughtful he and made the whole experience feel smooth and personal. I was also really impressed by the engineering and leadership teams. Leaders like Tae, Ken and Scott are wonderful folks! You can tell they’re incredibly talented, and it says a lot about the kind of culture Wasabi has built.
