Pros

I've been with the company for a few years now, and I have to say, the other reviews are spot on when they mention the great people here. The team is full of talented, driven individuals who are genuinely fun to work with. One thing that's pretty predictable is the negative posts that pop up whenever someone gets let go. But honestly, those of us who have worked with these teammates aren't usually that sad to see them go. They're generally not the hardest working, maybe they were once, but they didn't keep up. Still, they're good people, but it's not exactly a shocker when they're out. There's a ton of opportunity here if you're ambitious and want it. If you're just looking for a job to clock in and out of to pass the time, this isn't the place for you. The work can be demanding, but it's rewarding if you're willing to put in the effort. Leadership actually cares about your goals and issues, but you have to speak up. It's big enough they can't read your mind.

Cons

Like any workplace, there are things I wish could be different. No place is perfect. But overall, I really like it here. The environment is supportive, the work is engaging, and the growth opportunities are real.

Pros

Great way to get your foot in the door, lots of room to move up and get more experience. The coworkers and managers for the most part were amazing

Cons

Typical MSP, super disorganized at times, relatively low pay once you move further up the food chain. The previous CEO was a tool

Pros

Stocked break room and Friday lunches

Cons

No trust or respect from CEO. He runs things like everyone has to walk on eggshells. Even tenured employees have quit this place because they are underpaid and under appreciated. There are too many chefs in the kitchen, like there’s more management then there should be for how small the company is. It’s really scary seeing how unstable things are for a company that is like 20 something years old now. Too much high school drama and gossip. Not very many people knows very much about the tech industry so there is a lot of noob mistakes that make customers angry or leave.
