Friendly people. Good work / life balance. Poor pension contribution & basic benefits. Supportive if you want to work part-time or take maternity leave.
Cons
No job spec and no clear route to progress in company. Silo thinking and poor cross-working between internal specialist teams. Team has grown quickly - poor transparency and communication from Managers.
