Management, Management, Management. This Management team is a disgrace and the Company has an overall unethical element to it. What you have here is a Company that has WAY TOO MANY Managers, Directors, VP'S, President's, etc. Take a look at their Management Team on their website. There are 40 "FORTY" people listed with those types of positions, and that is not all of them. There are multiple layers with more Directors, Managers, etc. It is pathetic. This is not an international organization, and all that "Management" is completely unnecessary. Under those many high ranking individuals, you have the lower level individuals who do all, and I mean ALL, of the work...no matter how bright they are, what type of education they have, or how much experience they have. Somebody has to do it, right? And believe me, it won't be them and they will take COMPLETE advantage of you until you burn out without any initiative to change it. They will load you up until you have absolutely no work/life balance. Additionally, if you bring it up to them, express your concern, etc. this group of individuals will blame it on you instead of their ineptness towards management. You have individuals in Management that are non-degreed in the business functions they manage, have irrelevant experience in the functions they manage, etc. Furthermore, be ready to be verbally abused, or to go weeks without anybody really speaking to you. The organization's culture is very, very bizarre and pitiful. A LOT of big egos who do absolutely nothing and treat the others with disrespect. You will notice that a lot of these individuals in Management, etc. have been there for YEARS. Remember, the Company only started in 1995. All they know is the "Waterton Way" of doing things. If you stuck the majority of these individuals in another organization, they would be eaten alive by the wolves. They should stay where they are, because they would not stand a chance anywhere else, especially with their ineptness and behavior.
