      Good Benefits Positive Safety Culture

      Cons

      Let go after more than a decade of service. Employees are just a number. Management makes empty promises on changing roles and offers very limited raises/compensation. 5+ years without any raises while the company went through bankruptcy. Work life is prioritized above family life.
