Pros
I’ve really enjoyed my time so far at Welbeck. From the start, I felt welcomed and supported. The onboarding was smooth, and people were generous with their time when I had questions. It didn’t take long to feel like part of the team.
What stands out most is the culture. People are approachable, down-to-earth, and willing to help each other out.
Leadership is open and communicative. You understand what’s expected of you, and feedback is constructive rather than critical. When things get busy (and they do), there’s a real sense of pulling together rather than pointing fingers.
There are also genuine opportunities to grow. If you show initiative and want to take on more, it’s noticed. I’ve learned a lot and felt trusted to take ownership of my work.
Cons
Like any organisation, there are busy periods and ambitious targets, but the environment is supportive and solutions-focused. Overall, it’s a company where you can build meaningful experience, contribute strategically, and feel valued for the work you do.
