Pros
You will meet some genuinely good people here. Everyone pretty much minds their own business and you don't have to deal with the politics and back biting of other corporate environments.
Cons
Very high turnover in finance and HR departments which is a huge red flag. Many people at the corporate level have either jumped ship or have been let go. Company is struggling to pay their vendors among other things and lacks the liquidity to do so.
