Flexibility, empowermet, good environment, people willing to go the extra mile, workload can be balanced, local offices are well put together.
Cons
global teams are not structured at all, there is no management support, each coutry unit runs its own show though apparently the rules are made at global level but no one takes into consideration the "global" factor.
