Pros
Downtown location, commiserate with coworkers about horrible management, good exposure for someone with less experience. Compensation for client work outside of regular business hours.
Cons
Closed-minded management that pretends to listen then may fire you the next day. Or makes empty promises of change or empowering you to make change. Very structured for the sake of structure without clear purpose of why the structure exists or how it makes your job better or generate revenue for the company. Management has minimal human compassion and expects employees to work long hours with very rare positive reinforcement. There is a high level of hypocrisy: management will make fun of you if you take sick time for an ill family member...the day after management took sick time for an ill family member. Exiting employees should protect themselves as the company may likely attempt legal action (reviews are anonymous for good reason) as a recourse to some fantasized slight since the company believes itself entitled to every penny for every moment worked or not-worked on behalf of the company.
