Thank you for taking the time to post your review of your time with Welsh. While we wish that you had provided more information as to why you felt your experience with our company created such a negative impression with you, we would like to reiterate that it is our policy and our core values that we always hope help create a positive and rewarding environment that allows our employees to grow and prosper. While management strives to stay involved on a daily basis to ensure that the needs of our clients are met, we understand the need for our employees to have the confidence and and respect of management to succeed on their own. This again is the bedrock of our core values - "Find a Way", "Bring Positive Energy", "Keep Growing" and "Server Others". We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work towards making sure that all of our employees have a rewarding experience during their time employed with Welsh.

Pros

Location is in the heart of the city.

Cons

Money is only handed out on an as needed basis. Though you may bust your butt do not expect a great financial reward. I am of the mindset that if I work hard and do my job well then I should be rewarded. If you don't reward me, you don't deserve me. Revolving door for consultants - 6 have quit in the last two months alone. This is extremely impactful as the entire company is less than 15 people. No professional development opportunities. Welsh management of 3 years ago would have paid for your training. The is no longer the case under Charlie Ross' direction. Morale is terrible. Management themselves are guilty of making their unhappiness known and deflecting it onto the employees. Lacking in the types of technologies you will work with (be prepared for a lot of end user support and no cool virtualization projects) and senior resources to assist when you are stuck. If you quit, be prepared for Charlie to take some form of legal action against you. He is vindictive. With all the money he spends on lawyers, he could have paid out bonuses to half his staff.
