Company has long history in baking industry so they have expertise in several segments
Cons
Lack of innovation. Changes in leadership since Jan 2017 has created confusion in knowing mission and morale of employees is very low due to layoffs. Training is non-existent for new hires. Some leadership can be considered bullies.
