Pros
Company cares about its employees and is very accommodating. Colleagues are friendly. The job is easy for me because of my experience in customer service. New title reflects job responsibilities more than “Customer Service Representative”.
Cons
I was told by a recruiter that I would be paid more than what I was offered by the employer. Pay is lower than average pay for the role.
