Pros

Free lunch - of which the bread was sometimes stale with the odd bug in the salad Free Parking- But dont be afraid of scuffing your alloys when having to squeeze in or mount the grass because there isnt enough spaces for the amount of employees Dress down Fridays - (This means no jeans with any rips or holes, no shoes without backs, no loungewear, leggings, the list goes on.... is it even called dress down? Office dog- turn up late and you'll be forced to walk it, and dont leave any food anywhere...it will eat it. uncapped commission scheme - As long as your billing stats stays out the red zone, else you wont be allowed to claim anything you make. Flexi Friday - Oops sorry, I forget! That doesn't exist anymore... Did you say Pros?

Cons

Looking for progression? Forget it. Looking for somewhere where there isn't any office politics and you can enjoy the company of your colleagues? Forget it. Looking for somewhere where they really value their staff and treat you fairly? Forget it. - Small fees, little commission -poor training structure... may i mention one member of staff was sacked after 2 and a half weeks just because "they wasn't picking it up quick enough" - Clicky friendship groups between both managers and staff as well as favoritism - Pressure. Done good this week? exceeded target? feel good? Dont... your targets now going up higher to sap every last inch out of you until it keeps you up at night and deteriorates your mental health. - Directors do not have slightest idea of what their doing/their future plans or how to run a successful business -HR, whats that? - EXTREMELY high staff turn over - If you have any ideas you'd like introduced or ways of how to benefit/better the company, forget it. What Helen says, goes. Despite how many employee meetings she sets up. -Achieved employee of the month? As pleased as you are, just remember its a fix and no one is happy for you or supporting you. The list goes on, I wish I had more time on my hands.
