Job Security: As a well-established company in the food industry, there was always consistent work available. Training: Full training was provided at the start, and the procedures were clear and easy to follow. Teamwork: The team was friendly, and there was good camaraderie among staff on the production line. Shift Options: Different shifts were available (day, night, weekends), which offered flexibility depending on your circumstances.

Repetitive Work: As with most factory jobs, the tasks were repetitive and could become physically tiring. Pace: The work was fast-paced and involved standing for long periods, sometimes under time pressure. Management Communication: While supervisors were approachable, communication from higher management could have been clearer, especially regarding shift changes or performance expectations. Temperature & Conditions: Working environments varied depending on the section – some areas were cold, and others noisy.

The company has invested lots over last few years, new staff areas, courtyard and new large canteen. Good atmosphere in office, everyone is friendly and really wants to do well. Staff shop is great and can get good discount on website if what you want isn;t in the staff shop.

Some more investment needed in old systems/machines. Company is growing and investing constantly, so I'm sure it will get there.
